These terms are an agreement between you and Proclame AI LLC ("we", "us"). By using Gredi you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Gredi compares ingredient lists to the rules you set and shows what it finds. It can be wrong. Product data comes from public databases and can be missing, out of date or incorrect. Photos can be misread. A restaurant's real recipe can differ from its menu. Ingredient lists can change without notice, and products can be made on shared equipment.
Gredi does not say that any food is safe, allergen-free, or suitable for any medical condition or diet, and nothing in the app is medical, dietary or nutritional advice. It does not replace a doctor, dietitian or allergist.
Always read the package yourself and ask staff when eating out. If you have an allergy, intolerance or medical condition, check the label before you eat and follow your doctor's advice. You are responsible for the choices you make about what you eat or give to others. Do not rely on Gredi alone.
The food and symptom log shows possible patterns in what you record. They are not proof that any food causes a symptom, and they are not medical advice. Talk to a doctor or dietitian before changing your diet, especially if you have a medical condition.
If you find wrong information, tap "Report wrong info" in the app or email support@proclame.ai. We review reports but cannot promise to correct third-party data.
Gredi includes a free tier and optional paid subscriptions (yearly with a free trial, or monthly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Limits apply to photo reading to prevent abuse. Do not misuse, attack or reverse engineer the service, or use it to harm others.
Gredi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Proclame AI LLC and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss or harm (including illness, allergic reaction or injury) arising from your use of, or reliance on, Gredi or its results. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Gredi means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky, USA.
